At around 1 PM, emergency crews were alerted to Ringing Rocks and Upper Black Eddy following a report of a person who was injured on the trail. Scanner reports indicated that the person was not breathing and CPR was in progress. We have contacted the Bucks County authorities but have not yet received any updates on the victim’s condition.
