A 13-foot tractor-trailer attempted to drive under a nearly 12-foot rail overpass, causing the closure of a road in Upper Macungie on Saturday. The incident occurred around 1 p.m. at the railroad crossing bridge on Schantz Road. No injuries were reported, according to the Upper Macungie Police. The road is closed from Olin Way to Ruppsville Road for an estimated three to six hours. The tractor-trailer was loaded with Mott’s juice and is a standard trailer with a sleeper cabin.
