Richland Township Fire and Rescue hosted its Jack-O-Lantern 5K-10K run, featuring plenty of pumpkins and prizes for the runners, despite the rainy weather. The proceeds from the event will be used to help the fire department purchase rescue equipment. Officials stated that they have raised $15,000 over the past few years
