Around 12 PM, a fire broke out in the 4900 block of Chestnut Hill Road in Upper Saucon Township. Reports indicate that a car in the garage caught fire and quickly spread to the home. Initial scanner reports indicated that one person was taken to the hospital in an unknown condition. The fire escalated to a second alarm before being brought under control, but unfortunately, the home is reported to be a total loss.
