

EASTERN PENNSYLVANIA β Strong thunderstorms moved across eastern Pennsylvania Wednesday evening, leaving behind damage reports across parts of the Lehigh Valley, Bucks County, and Berks County.
The storms brought damaging wind gusts, heavy rainfall, vivid lightning, and isolated hail as they pushed through the region. Several communities reported downed trees, scattered power outages, debris on roadways, and localized flooding.
The National Weather Service issued multiple Severe Thunderstorm Warnings during the evening as the storms intensified.
In Lehigh County, a tree reportedly fell onto a home in Coopersburg. Viewer-submitted photos also showed storm-related damage and conditions in Pottstown.
