Gunfire erupted on Sunday evening just blocks from the PPL Center on Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown. A festival was taking place, and at least four people were struck by gunfire. Their conditions are currently unknown. Shortly after, there were reports of another shooting as police were investigating the first incident.
