Danelo Cavalcante, the convict who escaped from prison two weeks ago and kept Chester County and its surrounding areas on edge, is scheduled to face a judge on Friday morning. The Magisterial District Court in Kennett Square will hold a preliminary hearing at 9:30 a.m. Cavalcante will be facing charges that authorities said he committed while he was on the run, which include: burglary, criminal trespassing, theft, receiving stolen property, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and illegal possession of a firearm.
