Pennsylvania, police reported that a driver struck a pedestrian and then crashed into a pillar in front of a Giant store on Monday. Emergency crews were dispatched to the Giant at South 25th Street in Palmer Township following a vehicle accident in the store’s parking lot, just after 11:15 a.m. The driver allegedly accelerated through the parking lot, hitting an 18-year-old pedestrian before crashing into a pillar at the front of the store, according to township police.
