Lower Saucon Township, PA – At approximately 4:30 p.m. first responders were dispatched to the 4300 block of Lower Saucon Road to tackle a brushfire that had broken out in the area.

Upon arrival, fire crews discovered a field engulfed in flames. Due to the high winds, the situation was precarious, prompting the incident commander to call in additional units from Northampton and Lehigh Counties for support.

Thanks to the swift coordination and efforts of the emergency personnel on the scene, the fire was contained quickly, preventing any further spread. Fortunately, no injuries have been reported as a result of the incident.

Authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant, especially during windy conditions, and to report any signs of fire immediately. Further updates will follow as more information becomes available.
