Several businesses, including a Walgreens and a liquor store, in a strip mall located in Clinton, New Jersey, were heavily damaged due to a massive fire. The fire started at around 8:30 p.m. on Sunday in Walgreens, and it quickly spread to other businesses in the mall. The fire caused extensive damage to multiple businesses, while a food pantry located in the strip mall suffered water damage, as per the officials. Firefighters worked for less than 3 hours to put out the fire, but remained on scene. According to the police, one firefighter sustained a minor injury and was taken to the hospital, but is expected to recover soon.
