PHOENIXVILLE, Pa. – A police officer from Chester County, who tragically died in a crash while attending a funeral, was laid to rest on Wednesday. Officer Arthur Scena served as a motorcycle officer for the Phoenixville Police Department. He lost his life on Sunday while attending the funeral of another police officer in Bucks County. Officer Scena was pulled out from a parking lot when he was struck by a passing vehicle.
