In a new segment featuring local eateries, we visited the recently opened Lehigh Valley location of Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers on Hamilton Boulevard in Allentown. Raising Cane’s is a chain of restaurants known for their delicious chicken fingers and signature Cane’s sauce.
