BETHLEHEM, Pa. — A person was injured Wednesday morning after police say a man fired at a vehicle during a road rage incident in Bethlehem.
The incident happened in the 3000 block of Linden Street, according to Bethlehem City Police.
Police said a person inside the vehicle that was shot at suffered cuts from broken glass after a window was struck. The injury was reported as being caused by shattered glass, not a direct gunshot wound.
As officers investigated, two nearby day care centers — Lightbridge Academy and The Learning Experience — were placed on lockdown as a precaution. City police said the lockdowns lasted less than an hour.
At this time, police have not released information confirming whether anyone is in custody.
The investigation remains active, and additional details may be released by Bethlehem police.
