The Philadelphia Eagles have hired Kellen Moore, the former offensive coordinator of Los Angeles Chargers and Dallas Cowboys, as their new offensive coordinator. According to sources, the decision was made on Saturday by Nick Sirianni, the Eagles’ head coach, as part of a coaching staff overhaul. This move comes just two days after the team has hired Vic Fangio as their defensive coordinator. Moore will be replacing Brian Johnson, who was fired earlier this week. Moore, 35, spent only one season with the Los Angeles Chargers before joining the Eagles. Prior to that, he was the offensive coordinator for the Dallas Cowboys from 2019 to 2022. During his time with the Cowboys, his offense was ranked in the top four in points per game (27.7), yards per game (391), and third-down conversion percentage (44%).
