POLK TWP., Pa. — Pennsylvania State Police say a 67-year-old woman threw her dog out of a car window before calling police to report the animal as stolen.
According to police, the incident occurred March 20 near Sunny’s Quick Mart in Polk Township, Monroe County. Police said an investigation revealed the woman threw her dog out of the window before arriving at the gas station.
She is charged with cruelty to animals, but her identity has not been released.
