SALISBURY TWP, Pa. – Emergency crews were called to 1541 Broadway in Salisbury Township after a vehicle struck a house, causing structural damage late Sunday.
According to initial reports, the crash ruptured a gas line, prompting concerns of a possible leak. Fire crews quickly secured the gas line to prevent further danger.
Rescue teams used hydraulic spreaders to free a patient who was trapped inside the vehicle. That individual is now in the care of EMS. The extent of their injuries remains unknown at this time.
Authorities continue to investigate the cause of the crash.
