
HILLTOWN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — A 57-year-old Hilltown Township man died after a two-vehicle crash Friday evening in the 1200 block of Diamond Street, according to the Hilltown Township Police Department.
The crash happened just before 7 p.m. Police said their preliminary investigation found that a Porsche Cayenne was traveling eastbound on Diamond Street, east of Narothyn Road, when its right-side tires went off the roadway. The Porsche then veered left and crossed into the path of a westbound Subaru Legacy. The vehicles collided.
The Porsche driver, its only occupant, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital at Grand View, where he was later pronounced dead. Police have not released his identity.
The Subaru’s driver did not report injuries at the scene. A female passenger in the front seat and an infant in a rear car seat were taken to the hospital for injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation. Police are looking into whether alcohol impairment may have been a factor.
The Hilltown Township Police Department and the Bucks County District Attorney’s Office Crash Team are investigating. Responding agencies included the Silverdale Fire Department, Sellersville Fire Department, Chal-Brit EMS Medic 159, St. Luke’s Medic 151 and VMSC Medic 345.
The police department’s release lists the date as “Friday, August 2, 2026,” but August 2 fell on a Sunday. The crash date is identified here as Friday, October 2, based on the reported Friday timing.
