On 23rd January 2024 at around 8:30 am, there was a pickup truck versus pedestrian accident at James Rd and Vine Dr. The incident occurred in Upper Hanover Township. According to the scanner reports, the pedestrian was barely breathing and unconscious. The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) were conducting a crash investigation, and the roadway was shut down.
