Police state that David Rivera, 26, of Allentown has been arrested. Rivera faces several charges, including criminal homicide, attempted criminal homicide, aggravated assault, carrying firearms without a license, and reckless endangerment.

According to Allentown Police, officers responded to the BKK Lounge at 1500 Union Boulevard for a reported shooting around 4 a.m. on February 2. Upon arrival, they found four victims with apparent gunshot wounds, who were treated at the scene by paramedics. All four victims were later transported to a local hospital by Allentown EMS. The incident reportedly began as a fight between two groups of people inside the lounge and escalated outside in the parking lot as security attempted to separate them. During this confrontation, gunshots were fired.

Based on witness accounts and video surveillance, authorities noted that the shooters fled the scene in a silver Acura sedan. A white SUV was also seen leaving the area shortly after the shooting.

Authorities indicated that there were two shooters involved. One suspect was described as a Hispanic male with a beard and glasses, wearing a hooded sweatshirt and a distinctive medallion necklace. The second shooter, also a Hispanic male with a beard and glasses, was reported to be wearing a dark puffer coat and a knit hat, and he had a distinct tattoo on his right hand.

The shooter wearing the circular medallion necklace was observed walking to the trunk of the silver Acura and retrieving an unknown item.
