ALLENTOWN, Pa. – Allentown police are searching for a vehicle that hit a person on a scooter and then kept going. Crime scene tape was put up early Friday evening around the area of North Eighth Street and Chew Street. A scooter lying on the road can be seen. The victim was taken to the hospital, and the severity of injuries is unknown. Anyone who witnessed what happened is asked to contact the Allentown Police Department.
