Police say blood could be seen on the sidewalk and porch.
After police arrived, they found three victims with gunshots wounds. Police say all three were transported to the hospital where they all underwent surgery.
In addition to the three victims, police say a fourth victim was present at the time, but did not have any injuries.
The victims include a 19-year-old woman, an 18-year-old woman, and a 41-year-old man, according to police. The fourth victim, a 36-year-old woman, was not injured.
Fountain Hill police say they found several 9mm cartridge casings on the front porch area along with projectiles.
Two phones were also found at the scene, with phone cases that held bank debit cards belonging to Estrella, police say.
According to Fountain Hill police, a verbal altercation began on the porch between Estrella and the four victims.
Police say that at one point during the argument, the male victim pushed Estrella as he was allegedly approaching the two female victims in a ‘threatening manner’.
As Estrella was pushed, police report that he reached into his pant pocket, took out a handgun and fired multiple times, hitting the victims.
Police say two of the victims identified Estrella as the one who fired the gun. Both victims allegedly had known Estrella for months.
Police say Estrella had a romantic relationship with both the 19-year-old woman and the 18-year-old woman. According to the affidavit, the fourth victim, who was not injured, is the mother of one of the victims.
