


UPPER SAUCON TWP., Pa. — Authorities have released new details following a fatal multi-vehicle crash that shut down Center Valley Parkway Sunday morning.
According to Upper Saucon Township Police, the crash occurred around 11:00 a.m. on March 22, 2026, in the 3300 block of Center Valley Parkway, between West Saucon Valley Circle and Corporate Parkway West.
Police say a total of seven vehicles and ten occupants were involved in the crash.
Investigators determined that Brian McKenna, 62, of Bethlehem, was operating a 2020 Tesla westbound when the vehicle crossed over the concrete median and struck multiple vehicles traveling eastbound.
McKenna was extricated from the vehicle by officers, but despite efforts, he did not survive.
Officials confirmed that three other individuals were injured and transported to local hospitals. The extent of their injuries has not been released.
The crash caused a significant emergency response and led to road closures along Center Valley Parkway for several hours.
The investigation into the crash remains ongoing.
Authorities extended their condolences to the victim’s family, stating:
