PHILADELPHIA | EAGLES | A.J. BROWN EXPRESSES FRUSTRATION WITH ROLE

The Philadelphia Eagles may be sitting at 7-2, but not everyone in the locker room is satisfied.

Star wide receiver A.J. Brown has publicly voiced frustration with his role in the offense, pointing to stalled drives, inconsistent production, and what he believes are missed opportunities for the team’s passing attack. While he didn’t call out any one player or coach directly, Brown made it clear he wants a larger impact on the field — and that he believes the offense should be performing at a higher level overall.

Brown’s comments are reportedly drawing internal scrutiny, with team leaders hoping to prevent the situation from becoming a distraction during a crucial stretch of the season. According to team insiders, the Eagles have emphasized keeping all concerns “in-house” while continuing to find ways to improve offensive rhythm.

Despite the frustrations, the Eagles remain one of the top teams in the NFC, powered by a strong defense and a productive running game. Head coach Nick Sirianni said earlier this week that “everyone wants the ball, and that’s a good thing,” adding that the coaching staff is focused on balancing touches while maintaining a winning game plan.

Brown remains one of the league’s most talented wideouts and a major part of the Eagles’ identity. The question now: Will the team adjust to keep their star happy — or could tensions grow if the offense doesn’t find its spark?
