ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A 30-year-old Allentown man is being accused of arson after a fire in the city early Monday morning.
Max Nadal, 30, is charged with arson, aggravated assault, simple assault, attempt to cause injury, and harassment, according to a news release from the Allentown Police Department.
Police say officers responded to the 600 block of West Green Street for a report of a structure fire shortly before 3 a.m. Upon arrival, officers located a residential working fire, city police said.
After an investigation, city police charged Nadal with starting the fire.
