WILSON BOROUGH, Pa. – A fire at the old Dixie Cup factory in Northampton County, which occurred on March 14, has been determined to be arson.
The fire broke out at approximately 6:42 a.m. at the former Dixie warehouse site, according to a news release from the Wilson Police Department. Following a thorough investigation, authorities have classified the blaze as an incendiary fire.
Investigation teams from the Wilson Borough Fire Department, Wilson Police Department, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF), and Pennsylvania State Police are currently seeking information related to the incident.
