Quakertown, PA – Emergency services were dispatched to a building on Broad Street near N. Hellertown Avenue following reports of a burning smell. Fire crews quickly arrived on the scene to investigate the situation.

According to initial reports, a wire on the exterior of the building caught fire, prompting the call for assistance. Firefighters are currently assessing the extent of the damage and ensuring the safety of the area.

Residents and passersby are advised to avoid the vicinity while crews work to resolve the issue. Updates will be provided as more information becomes available. Fortunately, there have been no reports of injuries at this time.
