PERKASIE, Pa. — A Perkasie man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he stabbed another man during a violent altercation Wednesday afternoon in Bucks County.

According to Perkasie Borough Police, officers were dispatched at approximately 12:10 p.m. on February 25, 2026, to the 50 block of Fairview Avenue for a reported stabbing. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim suffering from stab wounds following an altercation with 21-year-old Alexander Harskuti.

Investigators say the incident began as a dispute over a tobacco vape device. During the confrontation, Harskuti allegedly struck the victim with a pair of hair clippers before retrieving a screwdriver and stabbing the victim multiple times in the upper back as the victim attempted to flee.

Emergency medical personnel responded to the scene and transported the victim to St. Luke’s Grand View Hospital. Authorities reported the victim suffered stab wounds and multiple broken ribs but survived the attack. His injuries were described as non-life-threatening.

Following the incident, Harskuti fled the area and was later located at Drunkenmiller Park in Sellersville. Police say he contacted authorities and reported his involvement in the incident. He was taken into custody without incident.

Harskuti was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Regina Armitage and charged with:

Aggravated Assault (Felony)

Possessing Instruments of Crime

Simple Assault

Recklessly Endangering Another Person

Stalking

He was remanded to Bucks County Prison after failing to post 10 percent of his $300,000 bail and remains in custody.

The investigation remains ongoing.

All suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
