1 Dead After Pickup Truck and Tractor Trailer Collide
One person has died following a violent head-on crash between a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer late Thursday morning in Haycock Township, Bucks County.
The collision occurred shortly after 11:30 a.m. at the intersection of Mountain View Drive and Pheasant Run Road, according to Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Nathan Branosky.
State police confirmed one fatality at the scene. Additional details about the victim have not yet been released pending notification of family.
The impact left the roadway shut down between Old Bethlehem Road and Route 412 as troopers and crash reconstruction teams continue their investigation. Officials have not provided an estimated time for reopening.
