MILFORD TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Fire crews responded to the Pennsylvania Turnpike’s Northeast Extension on Saturday afternoon for a reported truck fire.
Milford Township Volunteer Fire Company arrived and found multiple vehicles on a car carrier heavily involved in flames.
Firefighters quickly began suppression efforts while additional departments assisted with extinguishing the fire and establishing a water supply. The blaze was brought under control a short time later.
Assisting Milford Township were Trumbauersville Fire Company, Tylersport Volunteer Fire Company and Towamencin Volunteer Fire Company.
