Residents across Bucks County, the Lehigh Valley, and surrounding southeastern Pennsylvania should prepare for a wet and foggy day as steady rain moves through the region.
According to the latest forecast, rain will fall throughout the day, with widespread fog developing later in the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to reach a high near 44 degrees, with light east winds increasing to around 5 to 10 mph during the morning hours.
Forecasters say the chance of precipitation is 100 percent, with rainfall totals during the day expected to reach between a quarter and a half inch.
The rain will continue into the evening hours before gradually tapering off overnight.

Rain is expected to continue through the evening, mainly before 2 a.m., followed by areas of widespread fog overnight. Temperatures will drop to around 37 degrees.
Winds will shift to the northeast around 10 mph, with gusts reaching up to 20 mph at times.
Additional rainfall overnight could bring between three quarters of an inch and one inch of precipitation.

Drivers should be cautious during both the afternoon and nighttime hours due to reduced visibility from fog and wet roadways. Ponding of water on roads may also occur in low-lying areas.
