RICHLANDTOWN BOROUGH, Pa. — A Bucks County man accused of firing a gun at a DoorDash driver after becoming upset over a late food delivery has pleaded guilty to multiple charges, while the attempted murder count against him was withdrawn.
Keilan Marshal McKeever, 32, of Richlandtown Borough, entered guilty pleas Tuesday in Bucks County Common Pleas Court to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, possession of an instrument of crime and disorderly conduct.
The case stems from a March 22, 2025, incident on the 100 block of Cherry Street in Richlandtown. Police said 19-year-old DoorDash driver Khalik Lewis arrived to deliver food when McKeever confronted him about the delivery being late.
Investigators said Lewis attempted to leave after the encounter escalated. McKeever then fired a round from a 9mm handgun, shattering the vehicle’s windshield. The bullet narrowly missed Lewis, and a projectile fragment became lodged in his sweatshirt.
Lewis was not physically injured and drove away before calling 911.
McKeever remains in Bucks County Correctional Facility while awaiting sentencing, which is scheduled for September.
