
UPPER MACUNGIE TWP., Pa. — Police in Upper Macungie Township are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a vehicle that may have witnessed a deadly crash last month.
According to township police, the crash occurred February 19 on Route 100 in Upper Macungie Township and resulted in the death of a Carbon County man. Investigators believe a nearby vehicle may have seen what happened and could provide key information about the incident.
Authorities say the vehicle in question is believed to be a 2020–2022 Honda CR-V. Police are attempting to identify and speak with the driver as part of their ongoing investigation.
Anyone who may be the driver of the vehicle, or who knows the driver, is asked to contact Upper Macungie Township Police Officer Joshua Forrester at 484-661-5911.
Officials say the information could be critical as they continue to piece together the circumstances surrounding the fatal crash.
The investigation remains ongoing.
