Crews responded to a reported smoke condition in the basement of a building in the 500 block of Penn Street in Pennsburg, Montgomery County.

Upon arrival, firefighters located a small fire in the basement. The fire was quickly knocked down and extinguished by crews.

No injuries have been reported.
