
WEST ROCKHILL TOWNSHIP, Pa. — New information has been released regarding an early-morning garage fire that destroyed a detached garage and damaged a neighboring home earlier this month in West Rockhill Township.
According to Pennridge Regional Police, an electrical issue is believed to have been the likely cause of the Aug. 3 fire along Lawn Avenue.
The fire was reported around 3:54 a.m. in the 600 block of Lawn Avenue, near the Sellersville Borough line. Firefighters arrived to find a detached two-car garage heavily involved in flames.
The blaze destroyed the garage and caused damage to a neighboring residence as crews worked to prevent the fire from spreading further.
No injuries were reported.
