QUAKERTOWN, Pa. — As the Trolley Barn Public Market marks its fifth anniversary, the popular Quakertown dining and shopping hub is going through some major changes.
Black River Farms Vineyard & Winery, one of the original tenants, will close its Black River Wine Bar at the market on Sunday, Sept. 21.
Meanwhile, True Blue, a growing favorite inside the market, is expanding its footprint. Owners Anthony and Cassie Guadalupe, who took over operations in January, have seen strong success and are preparing to launch two new concepts: a fast-casual space and a full-service dining area.
Through a partnership with Doan Distillery, the full-service restaurant will also feature Pennsylvania-made wine, spirits, and beer. “That’ll be another great feature of our new dining area,” Anthony Guadalupe said. “Guests will be able to have a really nice drink with their meal if they’d like.”
On top of True Blue’s expansion, three new businesses are set to join the market soon, further boosting the mix of food, drink, and shopping that has made Trolley Barn a community destination over the last five years.
