
SPRINGFIELD TWP., BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. — Fire crews responded to a dwelling fire Tuesday at a three-story residential structure along Richlandtown Pike in Springfield Township.
The fire was reported at 2798 Richlandtown Pike, where crews arrived to find smoke showing from the roof of the home. Firefighters conducted an interior investigation and located fire in the walls and roof area of the structure.
Crews worked to open up the affected areas to access hidden fire and prevent further extension. The blaze was brought under control without escalation.
No injuries were reported, and the cause of the fire remains under investigation. Damage to the home was reported, but the extent has not yet been released.
