NEW BRITAIN TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Multiple fire companies were called to a fully-involved dwelling fire late Thursday night in Bucks County.
Crews were dispatched around 10:08 p.m. to the unit block of Farber Drive near Oakmont Drive, where a two-story single-family home was found with heavy fire showing through the roof on arrival.
According to emergency reports, four hose lines were placed into service as firefighters worked to knock down the intense blaze and protect nearby homes.
EMS was requested to the scene for one patient with unknown injuries.
Responding agencies included Chalfont Fire Company, Hilltown Township Fire Company, Warrington Fire Company, and Colmar Fire Company from Montgomery County. The Fire Department of Montgomery Township provided station coverage for Chalfont during the incident.
The cause of the fire has not yet been released. The investigation remains ongoing.
