LOWER MACUNGIE TOWNSHIP, Pa. — Authorities have identified the motorcyclist who was killed in a crash Tuesday evening in Lehigh County.
According to Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio, Deivid J. Infante, 32, of Kutztown, was pronounced dead at the scene shortly before 9 p.m. Tuesday.
The crash occurred shortly after 8 p.m. on Route 222 North between Mill Creek Road and North Krocks Road in Lower Macungie Township.
Investigators said Infante was operating a motorcycle when it left the roadway, causing him to lose control and crash.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office determined the cause of death to be multiple blunt force injuries. The manner of death has been ruled accidental.
The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation.
