QUAKERTOWN, Pa. — Police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people accused of fleeing after an electric dirt bike crash last weekend.

According to the Quakertown Borough Police Department, two individuals riding electric dirt bikes failed to stop at a stop sign before striking a vehicle. Police said the riders then fled without stopping to assist the person involved.

Anyone who recognizes the individuals shown in the department’s images or video is asked to contact Officer Marton at 215-536-5002 or jmarton@quakertown.org.

Police also reminded dirt bike and e-bike riders to operate responsibly and obey all traffic laws. Parents and guardians are encouraged to speak with younger riders about traffic rules, where these vehicles may legally be operated and the dangers of unsafe riding.
