ALLENTOWN, Pa. – A 30-year-old Allentown man is being accused of arson after a fire in the city early Monday morning.
Max Nadal, 30, is charged with arson, aggravated assault, simple assault, attempt to cause injury, and harassment, according to a news release from the Allentown Police Department.
Police say officers responded to the 600 block of West Green Street for a report of a structure fire shortly before 3 a.m. Upon arrival, officers located a residential working fire, city police said.
After an investigation, city police charged Nadal with starting the fire.
The Allentown Police Department is thanking the Patrol Division for their efforts in the case, and the community for providing tips and information related to the case.
