Saturday, where a car landed in a backyard, turns fatal.

UPPER MILFORD TWP., Pa. — A car crash on Saturday night in Upper Milford Township resulted in one fatality.

The accident occurred on the 4000 block of Indian Creek Road, where the vehicle ended up in the backyard of a nearby house. The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has identified the victim as 58-year-old Jane Zamichieli.

The cause of death has been ruled an accident, as Zamichieli was ejected from the vehicle, which left the roadway and went down an embankment.

The Pennsylvania State Police from the Fogelsville Station are currently investigating the incident.
