PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Baseball’s biggest week has arrived in Philadelphia as Major League Baseball hosts the 2026 MLB All-Star Week from July 10 through July 14, bringing thousands of fans, the game’s biggest stars and national attention to the City of Brotherly Love.
The five-day celebration will feature the HBCU Swingman Classic, MLB Draft, Capital One All-Star Village, All-Star Futures Game, Home Run Derby and the 96th MLB All-Star Game at Citizens Bank Park.
This marks the first time Philadelphia has hosted the Midsummer Classic since 1996 and comes during the nation’s 250th anniversary celebration, putting the city on one of baseball’s biggest stages. (6abc Philadelphia)
Phillies Well Represented
The hometown Phillies will have six players representing the National League, the most of any Major League Baseball team this season.
Representing Philadelphia are:
- Brandon Marsh – Starting outfielder
- Bryce Harper – First baseman and nine-time All-Star
- Kyle Schwarber – Designated hitter
- Cristopher Sánchez – Pitcher
- Jesús Luzardo – Pitcher
- Jhoan Duran – Relief pitcher

With hundreds of thousands of visitors expected throughout the week, drivers should anticipate heavier-than-normal traffic around the South Philadelphia Sports Complex, Center City and major highways leading into Philadelphia.
